Apple, Ginger, Pear Pork Roast

Ingredients
2 large Pears2 large Apples0.5 large Onions, raw 4 lb Pork Loin8 cloves Garlic 8 tsp Ginger Root 4 tsp Salt AllspiceGarlic PowderOnion PowderSage
Directions
brown the pork roast in a large pan. Peel, core, and cube the pears, apples, and onions. Season with salt, sage, allspice, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, and ginger by rubbing it all over the meat. Place a small, one chunk thick layer of the apple mixture on the bottom of the pan. Place the loin on top, and cover with the rest of the apple mixture.
