Fudgey Black Bean Cookies

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Beans, black (15 oz can, drained | or 1 cup dried, prepared)2 tbsp Avocado Oil3 tbsp Almond Milk - Unsweetened1 tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder 1/3 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 3 tbsp Stevia granules1/2 tsp Salt1 tsp Vanilla Extract1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Place all ingredients (minus chocolate chips) into a food processor and process on high for 2 to 3 minutes until dough is smooth. With a spatula, fold in chocolate chips. Form 1 heaping tablespoon of dough into 2 1/2 inch "pucks" and criss-cross tops with fork. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
