Ingredients
36 serving Nature's Greens, Collard Greens, 3 Cups 2 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb Bacon, pork, microwaved 32 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce .6667 cup Butter, unsalted 3 tbsp Garlic powder 3 tbsp Pepper, black 36 tsp Lawrys Seasoned Salts
Directions
1. Cook off bacon; cool and crumble or dice.
2. Bring 7.5 gallons of water to a boil. Add bacon, seasoned salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and hot sauce. Simmer for 45 minutes.
3. Wash collards, destem and cut into 1/2 to 1 inch thick pieces. Add to pot with butter, simmer 45-60 minutes while stirring occasionally.
