Spicy Beanless Chili

Ingredients
4 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Paprika 2 clove Garlic 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.50 tsp McCormick ground cumin 16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 3.25 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce 0.25 tsp NoSalt 0.50 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground) 2 serving Chopped Onion (2 tbsp/1 serving)
Directions
In a large saucepan, cook beef, green pepper, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the tomato sauce, chili powder, oregano, paprika, cumin and cayenne and salt if desired. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes or to desired thickness.

Serving Size: 1 Cup -- makes about 8 cups without beans
