Zoodle Alfredo with Bacon

8oz uncured, no sugar added, bacon, chopped1/2 small onion, chopped2 clove garlic, minced 1/4C white wine 1-1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated 2 cup zucchini noodles 1 dash Pepper, black
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towel-lined plate.
Pour off all but 2 tbsp of bacon grease, add onion. Cook until soft, about 2 minutes. Then, add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add wine and cook until reduced by half.
Add heavy cream and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan. Cook until sauce has thickened slightly, about 2 minutes. Add zucchini noodles and toss until completely coated in sauce. Remove from heat and add in bacon.
