Lentil Veggie Soup (Crockpot)

Ingredients
1 pound Lentils (green, or preference)3 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 2 cup Green Beans (snap) 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 4 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw 8 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth .25 cup Olive Oil 3 cup, diced Celery, raw 3 Garlic gloves1 piece fresh GingerSalt, Pepper, Curry Powder, Cumin, Turmeric, Ginger, Garlic
Directions
Cook onions, celery, garlic and ginger in olive oil until soft. Add spices and stir until fragrant. Add all other ingredients to a crock pot, add onion/seasoning mix. Cook for 8 hrs on low.
