Crockpot Pulled pork

Ingredients
2lbs center cut pork loin trimmed1tsp cinnamon3 tsp brown sugar1 tsp chili powder1 cup cider vinegar1/3 cup water3 cloves garlic mincedfor sauce1/4 cup ketchup4 tsp brown sugar1-1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
Directions
Mix cinnamon, 3 tsp brown sugar and chili powder. Rub into pork loin. Place in crock pot and pour water, 1 cup cider vinegar and garlic over. Cook on high for 4-6 hours. 30 minutes before serving, remove meat and shred. Pour off liquid into a measuring cup. Mix 1/2 cup liquid with sauce ingredients. Add meat and sauce back into crockpot. Serve on rolls....serves 6.
