Low Carb Air Fried Onion Rings

1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1.25 cup Casava Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated 0.25 tsp McCormick Old Bay Seasoning (by KATANMOL) .75 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
Mix together the flour, baking powder and seasoning. Add in beaten egg, then add in milk. Dredge onion ring one at a time into wet mixture then place in bread crumbs to coat. Spray with cooking spray to help with crisping in air fryer. Place in single layer in air fryer and fry at 370 for 8 minutes. Flip over and air fry another 8 minutes.
