Cilantro lime rice

Ingredients
4.0 serving Minute Rice Instant Enriched Long Grain White Rice 5 min (serv= 1c cooked rice)5.0 tbsp Cilantro, dried4.0 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime2.0 1tsp Olive OilPinch of salt
Directions
Add 2 cups rice and 2 cups water into a pan. Squeeze 2 limes into the rice and add cilantro (I tend to use a lot) pour in 2 tbsp of olive oil and stir. Cover and let cook for 5-6 minutes and fluff with fork.
