Veal Stew

Ingredients
1 lb. veal cubes3 red poptatoes1 med. onion.5 cup whole wheat flourabout 12 oz. baby carrots8 cups raw broccoli4 cups raw cauliflower6 cups vegetable broth4 cups 99% fat free chicken brothSaltpeppergarlic powderpaprikaoreganodried oparsleyMrs. dash table blend
Directions
Combine flour and seasonings in a plastic baggie. Add veal and close bag to coat veal thoroughly.

Spray non-stick pan with non-stick spray. Add veal and brown. Add broths.

Dice potatoes and add to pan with carrots. Cook until carrots and potatoes are almost soft. Add cauliflower and broccoli and cook until all veggies are tender. Liquid should thicken as the stew cookes. If not thick enough, Make a flour or cornstarch and water paste to thicken.
