8 oz Beef chuck, arm pot roast 900 grams Cabbage, fresh 240 grams Rutabagas 9 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 2 clove Garlic 1.5 cup Popeye Spinach, Allens canned .75 cups Artichoke Hearts, quartered, Food Club Canned 1.75 cup Red Beans, Food Club canned 6.5 oz Mushrooms, sliced, Food Club-6.5 oz can 0.5 cup Brown Rice, Uncle Ben's Whole grain, uncooked .3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 tsp Pepper, black 0.25 tsp Janes Krazy Origina Mixed-Up Salt 0.25 tsp Morton's Lite Salt
Directions
