8.0 oz Mussels meat (yourself from 2 pounds, precooked)0.5 cup Tomato Paste1.0 lemon yields Lemon Juice1.0 tbsp dried onions2.0 dash Salt6.0 serving Angel Hair Pasta Ronzoni (2oz. Dry 1Cup Cooked)5.0 tbsp Canola Oil
Boil pasta. In the mean time, heat the mussel meat in a mixture of preferred herbs and spices with lemon juice and oil. Finish with tomato paste. Thin out with additional oil as needed. Toss with the pasta.
