1 cup yogurt1 cup semolina1.5 tsp salt (or to taste)1 small onion (chopped)1 medium tomato (chopped)3 teaspoons oil
Mix the yogurt, semolina, and salt. It is better if the mixture is kept for a while (a couple of hours) at room temprature.
When ready to cook, put a tsp of oil onto a pan.
Take two tbsp of the batter and spread evenly onto a pan. Sprinkle the onion and tomatoes on top.
Flip the uttapam when one side is done to cook on the other side.
