Lamb and Vegetable Stew

Ingredients
16 oz Lamb, Ground 1.5 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies 1 cup, diced Celery, cooked 2 carrot Carrots, cooked 0.5 cup Cooked Onion 3 tsp Sliced Mushrooms dehydrated , Tone's (Sam's Club) (by BAD427) 4 cup, chopped Swamp cabbage, cooked 2 cup Peas, frozen 2 cups water/brothS&P to tasteoptional: fish sauce, Worcestershire, italian herbs, wine, garlic
Directions
Brown meat. Add veggies (except peas) and saute a few minutes. Add enough broth/water to cover. Season to your liking. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 30 minutes. Add peas in the last 5 minutes.
