Ingredients
35 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup Beans, black 1 serving diced tomatoes & green chilies RoTel 10oz canned (by LEEISME2) 2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Cut chicken into strips and place all ingredients into a crock pot and cook for 4-6 hours on high.
