Ingredients
14.1 oz Marketside Premium Romaine Mix w/carrots/red cabbage -1 serving = 3 cups/3 oz/85g (4 CUPS) 100.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw (1 Medium, very thinly sliced) 100.0 grams Cilantro, raw (USE 1/2 C TOTAL) 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw8.0 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil6.0 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice1 T ground cumin1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions
Put slaw mix and peppers in a large bowl. Place remaining ingredients in another bowl and mix well. Place dressing over slaw mix and toss to combine thoroughly. Let sit at least 30 - 60 minutes for best flavor.
