Edamame Dip

Ingredients
1 cup edamame shelled2 tbs tahini (sesame seed paste)1 clove garlic, mincedjuice of one lemon1/4 cup water1 dash salt
Directions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Serve with carrot sticks or pita chips.

    Note that you can't get 16 2-TBS servings from 16 tbs (1 cup) of edamame dip. You can either get 8 2-TBS servings, or 16 1-TBS servings. The nutrition counts above are for one TBS, not two. - 12/1/11
