6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat) .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 tbsp Half and Half Cream
sautee ham and onion. Divide among egg molds evenly. top with cheese. Whisk eggs and half and half together and pour evenly into egg molds. Cover and pressure cook on high 9 minutes. Natural release 5 minutes before releasing the rest of the pressure. Remove from instant pot and cool on a rack 5 minutes. Pop egg bites out of the mold and cool before refrigerating
