Ingredients
1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw Ground Turkey 1 large Egg white, fresh 1 clove Garlic 4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 cup Spinach, fresh
Directions
Mix turkey with eggs whites and garlic. Make into very small meatballs. Heat broth to boiling and drop meatballs into soup to cook through. Add spinach and serve as soon as it’s wilted
