Low Carb Breakfast Hash

Ingredients
5 oz Radishes, Fresh 1/2 serving Quorn Meatless Grounds 1 cup, chopped Kale 1/2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 tbsp Sour Cream
Directions
Thoroughly wash radishes. Cut off ends and chop in half- should be about 1/2 to 1 inch pieces. Spray lightly with your preferred cooking spray and season with pepper or as desired. Place in air fryer and cook at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. While these are cooking, add the mushrooms and Quorn meatless grounds to a sprayed pan and saute for 8 minutes. Mix in chopped Kale and stir until combined. Add in cooked radishes and serve with sour cream. Enjoy!
