Low Carb/Sugar Granola

3 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats) .5 cup, sliced Almonds .5 cup, chopped Pecans 3 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 8 serving Splenda Packet (1 serving = 1 packet) 3 tsp Truvia Natural Sweetener Brown Sugar Blend (by SHEEATS-SHESHRI) 1 serving Pancake Syrup, Walden Farms - 1/4 cup 4 serving Egg white, jumbo
Mix all dry ingredients together and the walden farms syrup. In a large bowl whip egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into dry mix.
Spread onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn every 20 minutes and spray top with cooking spray with each turn.
