Ingredients
16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 6 serving ketup (by MOON290309) 1 cup, grated Carrots, raw 16 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives 1 cup, mashed Zucchini .75 cup Quaker Oats Gluten Free 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 large Egg white, fresh 6 serving ketup 1 TBSP (by GLITTERGIRL69) 4 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp Spice, Parsley (dried) (by RAMIREZJR78) .165 tbsp Basil .5 tsp Thyme, ground .5 tsp SPICE - Pepper, Black, Ground (Google) (by CRAIGCANCHANGE) .5 tsp Salt
Directions
Heat oven to 350 F. spray muffin tins or a 8 x 4 loaf pan with safe cooking spray. Gently combine all ingre. expect the other 6 tbsp of ketchup .Press firmly into muffin tins. spread with remaining ketchup. Place in oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes . I checked after an hour it needed the extra time. when internal temp is 160 it is done. let stand to cool sprinkle with additional pepper .
