0.5 cup Wild Rice (cooked)1 medium apple (with peel) 2 TBSP finely chopped red onion 2 TBSP chopped celery1.0 serving PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter)- Bell Plantation reconstituted. 1 tsp Bragg All Natural Liquid Amino1 large Red Radish haved and sliced 0.5 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar0.25 tsp Sriracha Sauce1.0 fl oz Water, tap1.0 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener
Mix the cooked wild rice, apple, radish, onion, celery in a bowl.
In another small bowl reconstitute the PB2 according to the directions. Mix in the vinegar, Aminos, Sriracha, Truvia and a small amount of water until its all smooth and blended. Pour over the bowl and enjoy!
