Ingredients
1 cup Lentils red split lentils - dry measure (by AIREDALEMOM) 400 gram Tomatoes, ALDI diced - 400g tin 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw - chopped)1 litre water or as neededgarlic, spices - turmeric, cloves, cinnamon stick, cumin, coriander, chili to tastesalt, pepper to taste
Directions
Soak lentils for 1 hr & drain.
Add lentils, onion, tomatoes, garlic spices and water to pot. Bring to boil. Simmer for 45 mins. Serve with brown rice.
