Ingredients
6 Boneless Chicken Thighs1 12oz pkg. Pennyslvania Dutch Kulski Egg Noodles1 med. Onion2 Tbsp Oil 4 Tsp Chicken Base2 cups Hot Water2 Tbsp Cornstarch
Directions
Put oil in frying pan to heat. Season chicken thighs with pepper and dash of poultry season.
Brown chicken on both sides. Slice onion /julian. Remove chicken from pan. Add onions to pan and sautee. Place chicken back in pan. Add chicken base to 2 cups hot water. Pour chicken broth oven thighs and onions. Simmer 30-45 mins. Thicken with cornstarch. Cook noodles per package direction. Drain noodles add to pan. Simmer few more minutes. Serves 6
