Ingredients
13 oz Chicken- Roasted Leg Quarter w/skin 4 tbsp Spectrum Organic Mayonaise (by AJWOTF) 1 tbsp Oregano, ground .5 tbsp Chili powder 0.75 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1)
Directions
1. Toss chicken chunks (~1/2 chicken), in blender. Spin up until it's well shredded.
2. Add mayo, spices. Spin up for about 30 seconds, or when it reaches the right consistency.
