Cauli-“Mac & Cheese”

Ingredients
12 oz Frozen cauliflower, Great Value 4 oz Cream Cheese (room temperature or warmed in the microwave)2 oz Cheddar Cheese, freshly grated2 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1/2 tsp Onion powder1/4 tsp Pepper, white 1/8 tsp Salt For topping:2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a quart size casserole dish with nonstick spray. Cook the frozen cauliflower according to package directions. If possible, cook to slightly under-done.

While the cauliflower cooks, In a medium mixing bowl mix together the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper, and salt. When the cauliflower is cooked, while hot stir it into the cheese mixture. Place in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
