Almond Parmesan crusted cod

Ingredients
0.4 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 0.25 tsp Onion powder 0.25 tsp Salt 0.15 tsp Pepper, black 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 serving Fish: Cod, filet/frozen (SeaBest) 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Mix dry ingredients except parm. Put oil in shallow dish. Dredge cod. Coat with oil. Sprinkle with parm. Bake 450 for 10 min
