Cream of Mushroom soup - homemade lactose free

Ingredients
1 cup kirkland organic unsweetened almond milk 3.5 serving Trader Joe's goat's milk cream cheese (by AMYHERE) 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 28 gram(s) Butter (Horizon) Organic Salted 1T=14g
Directions
Melt butter, saute' sliced mushrooms.
Add cream cheese and Almond milk, stir until smooth.
Continue cooking over med-low heat until thicker, about 15 minutes.
