500 grams Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 155 grams Cereals, QUAKER, hominy grits, white, quick, dry 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 60 grams Shallots 3 cloves Garlic 1.5 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 4 oz Green Chili, Hatch, Diced (Patti's Count) 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tbsp Parsely, raw 1 Tablespoon (by HEALTHYLIVN4ME) 1 tbsp Chili powder .5 tsp Celery seed 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Cook the chicken, in water. Dice up the applicable ingredients. Place all the vegetables in a pot with olive oil, spices, and saute until the veggies are soft. Then add the broth into the vegetables, stir to mix well. Place everything together in a slow cooker. Cook on "high" till steaming hot, then lower to "simmer" until ready to serve.
