Grilled Tuna Steaks

Ingredients
3 large tuna steaks1/4 cup soy sauce1t szechuan sauce1t ground black pepper1/2 t ground red pepper1 1/2 t dried cilantro6 cups water (adjust water as needed to cover tuna in selected dish)
Directions
Mix everything except tuna in marinading container or bag

add tuna
marinade 20 -30 minutes

grill on foil on grill until cooked to desired doneness
(4 minutes on each side to completely cook 1 inch thick steaks)

cut steaks in half and serve hot

makes 6 serving about 5 oz each
