Ingredients
2.0 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato1.0 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw0.5 large Onions, raw4.0 medium Mushrooms, fresh1.0 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)6.0 floweret Cauliflower, raw2.0 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar6.0 clove Garlic2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.5 cup, sliced Zucchini6.0 serving Oroweat 100% Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns (8 ct)1.0 serving(s) avocado ailoi
Directions
Cut all vegetables into small chunks. Garlic cloves whole. Toss with vinegar, oil and herbs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread in a single.layer on a lined cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve warm on buns with the avocado aioli
