Ingredients
56.0 gram(s) Butter (Kerrygold) Pure Irish Gold Foil 1T=14g1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 clove Garlic14.0 oz Shrimp, cooked2.0 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice2.0 oz Barefoot Pinot Grigio4.0 oz Spaghetti - Barilla Spaghetti
Directions
1. Cool pasta to al dente. 2. Add olive oil, half of the butter, and garlic. Simmer until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add wine, reduce until about /2. 3. Add shrimp cook approx 2 min then flip. Cook another 2 minutes. 4. Add remaining butter, lemon juice, and pasta. Stir and remove from heat. 5. Let sit for 5 minutes, then serve.
