Ingredients
6 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 3 tbsp Cream Cheese
Directions
Mix almond flour and mozz together, add cream cheese on top, heat in microwave 1 minute, stir, 30 seconds, stir, add egg once it cools enough to not cook egg immediately. Bake 15 minutes at 425.
