South Beach Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients
8 ounces spelt or whole wheat pasta1/4 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup plan fat-free or low-fat yogurt1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar2 (6-ounce) cans of chunk light tuna packed in water, drained4 large celery stalks, chopped6 ounces cherry tomatoes (about 15 tomatoes), quartered2/3 cup frozen peas, thawedsalt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions until tender but still firm to the bite. Drain and rinse under cold water for 30 seconds.
Whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, and vinegar in a small mixing bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Place tuna in a large mixing bowl. Add pasta, celery, tomatoes, and peas; stir to combine. Add dressing and stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes 6 1-1/4 cup servings.
