Bodyshred Breakfast Baked Frittata in Tomato Sauce Fox

Ingredients
1 tbsp Parsley, dried 0.25 tsp Pepper, black 8 serving Eggs Large Brown Cage Free, Grain Feed & Free Roaming (1 egg) 2 1tsp Olive Oil 1 cup Private Selection Creamy Rose Tomato and Cream Sauce 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Mix parsley pepper and eggs. Use oil to coat pan. Cook in 4 batches to get thin frittatas. Slice frittata into ribbons. Mix sauce and parmesan then toss ribbons with sauce/cheese mixture. Divide into four ramekins. Broil for a couple minutes.
