Ingredients
2 cup Okinawan Purple Sweet Potato (by KIMBOO75) 3 cup, cubes Turnips 2 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 6 serving Shitake Mushrooms (4 mushrooms, 72 grams) 2 serving Chicken, Perdue Chicken breasts 6 cup 365 Chicken Stock (by PHOTOMAN21) 14 tbsp chopped Shallots 4 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Pepper, white 1.5 tbsp Parsley, dried 2 tbsp Oregano, ground 1.25 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1) 12 tbsp Peanut Butter, chunky organic from Kroger (by CLABBERGIRL) 3 tbsp Oil, Peanut, Organic Refined Spectrum (by CUCUYO)
Directions
1. If dried, soak mushrooms
2. Cube turnips, squash, sweet potato, chicken
3. Smash garlic, finely chop shallots
4. Into crock pot dump all ingredients except PB
5. Stir, adding spices
6. Add PB (oil is part of it, or add) and stir until unchunked
7. Set on high for 3 hours. Check for doneness. Move to medium if squash and such aren't cooked through
