Ingredients
2 tbsp Poppy seed 1.25 cup nature's eats blanched almond flour 3 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 3 tsp Lemon Extract (by AEROBICSAHOLIC) 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 oz Cream Cheese 4 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
cream softened butter and sweetener; mix in softened cream cheese and lemon juice and extract; blend eggs one at a time; mix well; fold in poppy seeds; pour batter into mini-muffin tins; bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
