Cheese Filled Jumbo Shells

Ingredients
8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated4 cups Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk3/4 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)3/4 tsp Oregano, ground1 tbsp Parsley, dried1/4 tsp Pepper, black1 cup Kraft Mozzarella, Fat Free8 oz (3/4 box) Barilla Medium Pasta Shells1/2 tsp Salt4 cups Cathy's Homemade Spaghetti Sauce
Directions
Cook shells according to package directions; drain well.

Mix together cheeses, egg substitute, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.

Fill each shell with about 2 tbsp cheese mixture.

Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom of 13x9x2" baking pan.

Place shells in single layer in the pan; cover with 2 cups sauce.

Bake, covered with aluminum foil, at 350° for 35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

Serve with remaining sauce.

Serving Size: Makes 35 Filled Shells- 1 shell per serving
