3 slice Arnold Health Nut Bread 1.5 cup Red Salmon, Trader Joe's (canned) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp Mustard Powder, Dried Spice - 1 tsp ggg (by MG7_FIT) 12 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped
Directions
Mix together and 'fry' in pan with just a spritz of olive oil
