Ingredients
.5 cup Kirkland almond flour blanched (by DEECAKES34) 12 oz Fremont Market Jumbo Shrimp (Aldi) 0.25 cup Egg - Eggbeaters
Directions
Dip shrimp in egg and then in seasoned almond flour. Place on sheet tray that has been lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray to prevent cooking. Cook at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes, turning to brown evenly midway through the cooking process.
