Parmesan-Crusted Tilapia with Sauteed Spinach

Ingredients
.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated .25 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 tsp Paprika .25 tsp Salt .8 tsp Pepper, black 8 oz Fish ,Tilapia ,Fillets ,KROGER(4oz/113g) 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1.5 cup Spinach, fresh .5 tsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Parsley, dried
Directions
PREHEAT OVEN TO 400.
IN A BOWL MIX PARMESAN CHEESE, ALMOND FLOUR, PAPRIKA, SALT AND PEPPER.
PLACE THE TILAPIA FILLETS ON A PLATE, DRIZZLE WITH 1 TBS OIL OIL THEN DREDGE THEM THOUGH FLOUR MIX.
LINE BAKING DISH WITH ALUMINUM FOIL. PLACE THE FILLETS INSIDE. PUT THE DISH IN THE OVEN AND BAKE 10-15 MINUTES,DEPENDING ON THICKNESS OF FISH.
WHILE FILLETS COOK ADD REMAINING OLIVE OIL TO A PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT.
ADD THE SPINACH AND SAUTE UNTIL TENDER ABOUT 6 MINUTES.
ADD GARLIC POWDER. COVER AND REDUCE HEAT TO LOW. COOK FOR 3-5 MINUTES.
REMOVE THE BAKING DISH FROM THE OVEN. CHECK THE FILLETS FOR DONENESS.
PLATE THE SPINACH WITH THE FILLETS ON TOP AND SERVE IMMEDIATELY, GARNISHED WITH THE PARSLEY.
