3.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup12.0 oz *cheese, mozzarella, great value, low-moisture part-skim2.0 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Baking Powder2.0 tbsp Butter, salted2.0 tbsp Cinnamon, ground8.0 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
Melt mozz and cheese in microwave until it forms a ball. Add almond flour and baking powder. Kneed till blended. Add egg and incorporate into dough. Grease hands to work dough as it will be sticky. Once blended, work dough into a rough rectangle and cut into 2" strips. Spread the cinnamon mixture onto the strips and roll tightly. Place in ungreased baking dish, and bake at 350 until golden brown.
Take out and enjoy warm. For an extra touch, combine 2 tbsp cream cheese and a keto friendly sweetener and top the rolls with this frosting.
