Texas Caviar

Ingredients
2 cans black eyed peas, drained and rinsed1 can “shoepeg” corn or regular canned corn, drained1 can diced tomatoes, drained1 can mild green chilies, drained½ red pepper, diced½ yellow pepper, diced½ c chopped green onions½ c light Italian dressing (I used Just 2 Good or fat free)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in large container.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
Eat alone or use as a relish/dip.
Enjoy!
