2.0 1tsp Sesame Oil1.2 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen2.0 tsp Garlic3.0 tsp Ginger Root0.5 cup, chopped Scallions, raw3.0 tbsp Soy Sauce10.0 Grams Cornstarch1.0 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv2.0 serving Ketsup Hunt 1 tbsp2.0 serving Hot Sauce, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 1 tsp (5g)2.0 tsp Truvia Brown Sugar blend
In small bowl, mix soy sauce, ketsup, corn starch, sriracha, and Truvia brown sugar. Set aside.
Heat Sesame oil over medium heat, add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute. Add Broccoli, toss to coat. Add chicken broth, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes until broccoli is tender crisp.
Stir in chicken and reserved sauce. Simmer for 3 minutes or until thickens.
Serve with scallions sprinkled over top.
I serve over Cauliflower rice (can also use regular rice or noodles), but these calories not included in this recipe.
