2 cup Spinach, fresh 4 large Egg white, fresh 8 tbsp Country Crock Stick Butter 1.50 cup Matzo Meal (Streit's Unsalted Matzo Meal), 1/4 cup serving 0.50 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup 4 oz Cheese Feta Crumbled President 1 oz (28g) = 70 cals 1 inch cube 0.50 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded 4 tbsp chopped Shallots 2 tbsp Rosemary
1. Mix matzo meal and melted butter in a bowl with a dash of salt and pepper
2. Press crust into pie plate and prebake 10min at 375
3. Mix eggs and milk, beat, add rosemary
4. Chop spinach and onions and lay into cooked pie crust. Top with both cheeses and pour eggs mixture over top.
5. Bake 40min at 375.
