Tuna cake patty

Ingredients
2 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Onion powder 2 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp Garlic powder 0.2 tsp Celery seed 15 cracker Saltine Crackers (Saltines) 0.2 cup Canola Oil
Directions
Pour oil in pan and heat. Combine other ingredients in bowl and mix together thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties and fry like a hamburger. Serving Size: Makes 4 patties
