Turkey Croquettes

Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Celery, raw 1 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes 0.50 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned 2 cup, chopped Turkey, all classes, meat only, cooked, roasted 1 serving Basic White Sauce, Thick for Croquettes
Directions
Mix turkey, white sauce, onion and celery together and place in fridge for a while to thicken up more. Remove and shape into desired shape, I use a burger press and make 4 ounce burgers size patties. Dip in beaten egg and then dredge in bread crumbs and fry in olive oil until golden brown.
Cool and freeze or serve hot with sides and gravy.
