Ingredients
500 gram(s) asda turkey mince (by ROSE-MARY) 1 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw 8 clove Garlic 5 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 2 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 2 tbsp Mirin, Kikkoman manjo aji mirin sweet cookiing rice seasoning (by CEBAILEY1965) 3 tbsp Dynasty 100% Pure Sesame Seed Oil 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and marinated for at least 30mins.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook then add the mushrooms, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the turkey as it cooks; drain excess fat.

Stir in soy sauce mixture and green onions until well combined, allowing to simmer until heated through, about 2 minutes.
Serve immediately, garnished with green onion and sesame seeds, if desired.
