1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.13 tsp Garlic powder 1 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Salt 0.25 cup Onions, dehydrated flakes 16 oz *93% Lean ground beef
mix all together and form it how you wish. into a loaf to bake at 350 for 1 hours. As burgers to grill as you like, or as meatballs, made into 2 ounce balls, cooked for 20 minutes in 350 oven. I then flash freeze the balls and place them in bags for future use. Burgers are left with their paper between them (from burger press) and frozen in gallon bags.
